My Papa

The kindest, most sincere man I ever met in my life was and is my Papa. I LOVE him with all my heart. He went home to Jesus on February 4th and there is not a day that goes by that I don't get lost in the thought of how deeply I miss him. He was more than a grandfather to me, he was my 2nd dad. One thing I am very grateful for is that Cole got a chance to have 6 years with the greatest man ever. He still calls my Granny and Mom's house "Granny and Papa's". He asks and talks about him daily. That tells you how my Papa touched his life in just 6 years. I will never forget or let my boys forget what an awesome man he was and he will still be alive through my family. I LOVE YOU PAPA!!!!!

Our Lil Slugger

Cole played T Ball for 2 seasons now. He'll be moving up to Machine pitch in the Spring. This Fall we will be testing the unknown waters of FOOTBALL!!!!

Our Boys

Our boys are the best thing in the world. Our life would not be complete without them. Before you are a parent your life is centered around you.. but when those babies get here.. my how things change. :)

My little man

Carson is just about the most cuddly kid I know. He is a true gift from God and I thank Him every day that I have been blessed with a husband who works his fanny off so that I can be at home with our boys. Here is a little picture of my loverboy.

Our Baby is Growing UP!!

OK... so Cole graduated from Kindergarten on June 3rd. How can I say.... WHERE DID THE YEARS GO???? without it sounding cliche? Everyone says they grow up so fast. But, when that new mom getting up EVERY 45 minutes to nurse a crying baby... grows up fast doesn't seem very fast. Now, my "baby" is going into the 1st grade and I am a mom of a 6 1/2 year old. Trust me when I say 6 1/2. He lets you know that he is "almost 7" every second he gets. Other than the obvious feeling of I am getting old, I am also very proud. Cole is an awesome kid. He loves to learn, has a great sense of humor, and doesn't have a mean bone in his body... other than for Carson. Here is a picture of him and a buddy posing like little studs.
